Installing Drupal

Situation: trying to run Drupal on port 8080 behind an Apache-proxy on the same machine.

So the proxy is from: http://machine.net/ to http://localhost:8080/drupal/

The mere Drupal is protected by iptables/firewall, so unchanged links really do show up.

I noticed now that I got a problem with the admin system relying on apparantly AJAX-or-alike requests deplayed in frames.

I wrote to my hosting service (webtent.net) to ask if I could use Drupal to design my website. (Kid's school). I have a tiny bit of experience adding an iframe to an existing Drupal site my church has given me to manage. I am excited to learn Drupal and have been reading documentation and watching tutorials. Now I want to design a brand new site for my children's school. Thier current website I made in 2007 with NVU.

i've made a Website locally on my PC with XAMPP with Drupal 7 (SQLite Database). I uploaded the finished site, made the correct permission settings for Files and Folders, and everything worked perfect. A few days later the Site http://jdosbox.sourceforge.net/cms/ gives me a Error at the bottom. This happend the SECOND time - i did not do anything what can cause this. (i did not even log in to the Admin panel). Why is the SQLite Database malformed after some time? Is there something special about Sourceforge???

I newly install my website on shared host how run IIS 7 . everything run OK on installation but wen i want to instal themes or modules using drupal not manually its percent-ed to 100 but after that shows error below

error installing/updating
file transfer faild , reason: /hostingSpaces/mydomain/mydomain/wwwroot/sites/all/themes is outside of teh /hostingSpaces/mydomain/mydomain/wwwroot

what can i do for it?

You can answer yourself is drupal support block facebook wall, but the wall of the group is not right. I just saw the whole wall of the user. And if you have to use php code, how to avoid the error token expires after 1 hour. thank you!
