Installing Drupal

Hi,

I'm very new to drupal although I'm relatively ok with server / db stuff.

I've created the following setup and wanted to ask whether I've left anything out / got anything wrong:

I want to install and create my eCommerce site on my Windows 7 PC using WampServer.

Assuming I have WAMP installed, how do I install Commerce Kickstart? Do I need to first install Drupal?

Can someone tell me the best but cheapest host to install Drupal Commerce Quickstart on?

I have 2 sites I want to "redo" them using Drupal Commerce but I want to develop them in a Sandbox environment and then "cut" them over to the live existing domains and setting the DNS names appropriately.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi everybody. I'm trying to install Drupal 7.34 on Xampp (on a machine with Arch Linux installed). It's the first time I try to install Drupal in localhost, but I have installed Drupal in remote hosting many times. Everything looks working good during the installation, but after that, when I try to login with username and password I created during the installation, I receive this message:

Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page.

AWS EC2-CentOS7 Apache/2.4.6 PHP 5.6.5
drupal-8.0.0-beta6.tar.gz

The Services file and directory can't writable, confirm the permissions properly, where is the question?
