Installing Drupal

trying to install Open atrium on a standard LAMP stack and when I wget the tar.gz I keep getting an HTTP 404 request

Am I just doing something stupid or is there something else that I need to be doing?

I just created a site to work on, however, it isn't allowing me to log in as the admin. My user name is in the database, everything seems fine but it won't log in. I type in my username and password, hit submit, the page refreshes like it's logging in, but I don't have the tool bar at the top or any admin options. I'm running Xampp on Ubuntu 14.10 if that changes anything. Any idea as to the cause? Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to import content of my drupal 6 to my new web site drupal 7. I'm using node export module to export and feeds to import. I can't import content because show me this error:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '22' for key 'vid'

We already have a Drupal installation running on our QNAP server, which was installed using the Drupal Quick Start program available on it's desktop.

We want to install a second to create a second website. Has to be a second full installation because the QNAP's virtual hosting setup only allows you to point a url at a directory in their /share/Web directory and not a subdirectory, otherwise we could just have used the existing instance to host multiple sites.

I'm getting this error: require_once DRUPAL_ROOT . '/includes/install.core.inc'; install_drupal()

folder/includes/ does contain /install.core.inc - I've double checked. Not sure what the last bit means. Thanks
