Installing Drupal

I would like to disable/take out this menu point of the administration menu.
I dont know how. Other modules are simple, you just delete them.

I can access my site on localhost successfully,but I can't access it on client and can't login.when access it on client computer only see text information ,no picutre content!

I've been trying to install Drupal 4.6.2 on a P3 with Ubuntu Hoary. I've fiddled with Apache, PHP, and MySQL configurations and reinstalled various versions completely.

I am trying to configure an smtp wrapper on my site since sendmail isn't working. I think I have everything configured except that I can't download the class.smtp.inc file from www.phpguru.org - I think that site doesn't exsist any longer....or it's been down for a while.

Does anyone have the class.smtp.ic file that I can use? Or know where to find one? I can't set this up without it right?

In the admin panel I cannot find options to import the .po files

I am trying to get rid of an error that I get by introducing data:
it looks like there is something wrong with:
database.mysql.inc

user error: Access denied for user: '@localhost' to database 'drupal'
query: LOCK TABLES drupaluser_sequences WRITE in C:\WEB\drupal\includes\database.mysql.inc on line 66.

It took me almost the whole day and I still cannot figure it out.
It is a windows Server
