Installing Drupal

Hi,

I've just gotten drupal up and running.

Configured the default site. Playing with themes etc... Very impressive stuff, drupal is.

I'm working on my local PC
Win2K
Apache
PHP 5
MySQL

I have drupal installed in:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\drupal

The install file says that:

I enabled a few blocks, each with a different weighting. When I clicked on >administer>blocks>list>save I get the following message:

Hello all,

I think I'm swimming seriously out of my depth here (by using drupal, not the forum, I'm sure you're all very friendly!) if anyone can help me with my problemo that would be great.

I installed Drupal with an automatic installer on the control panel provided by my Web Host.
Installed it now and everything seems to be working fine apart from 1 thing. The moment i click 'Themes' I get the following error.

sometimes particularly if new members subscribe to my site they get exactly following information

Is this a problem of datapermissions ? Can I solfe this problem via FTP ?

anybody have any idea why taxonomy terms are not being assigned to forum nodes in a fresh install of 4.6.2? it seems that the taxonomy terms are not being added to the forum table when a forum node is created. all nodes are set to "0" in the tid column. i have a forum defined.
