Installing Drupal

I am afraid my issue is quite a noob one, but I would still appreciate any help or if you could give me hints how to make this work. I have searched for mention of similar problems on Google and on Drupal.org, but have not been able to find any. I am using AMPPS for creating a test environment on Windows. AMPPS itself runs perfectly fine, just the Drupal module does not. Since AMPPS does not offer any support, I am turning to you.

My Drupal 8.0.0 does not load any CSS files, no matter what I try.

I need your help. Tried to install Drupal 8, and had the following error:
An AJAX HTTP request terminated abnormally.
Debugging information follows.

ResponseText:
ReadyState: 0

Now, I am not even able to access the localhost or try to dump the database (if it helps).

Got any idea?

I have reached database configuration and this error keeps coming up.
Failed to connect to your database server. The server reports the following message: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1049] Unknown database 'tkc'.
I have tried different names with same effect. I appear to have the database host correct but the database name seems to be the problem but I have set up the process.
I don't know how to set up a database in the process which seems to be the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Dear All,
I have a dedicated server and i want drupal 8 available as cpadon site software in CPanel for all clients.
Please help me where i can find Drupal's Vendor Information URL to complete my installation.

I installed Drupal 8, entered in the log in the admin panel, and there is the following warning:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at .../www/vendor/symfony/http-foundation/Response.php:1151) in Drupal\Core\Session\SessionManager->destroy() (line 267 of .../www/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Session/SessionManager.php).

On my hosting no PHP OPcode. Hoster promised later to install. Drupal is installed because it is not a critical requirement.

Could this module make this error? If not, what I do next?
