Frontend content not displaying as it should. Please help!

When I finally managed to install Drupal, the Home tab opened ad the content didn't load properly. It can current looks like the html document (as seen below) please help!

install new module missing

I have just spun up a localhost WAMP drupal 8.2.3 instance and have come across an issue. It seems as though the install module button is missing from the Extend page. I have already checked permissions and that the update manager is enabled. This did fix the issue for the installation of new themes but not the extending modules.

I can force the page by qualifying it in the url drupal-8.2.3/admin/modules/install

what is the best way to prevent XSS attacks?

I have website , that is getting XSS attack every 2-3 week. Due to this, I had to remove all folder created by hacker and change the file permission of affected folders. but it is not good way to protect website

Blank white screen after installation then Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''port'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING)...

I have installed drupal, and MAMP on my MAC.

I had a blank screen visiting http://localhost:8888/drupal-7.5/

Then I wrote a piece of php to force the error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''port'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING), expecting ')' in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/drupal-7.5/sites/default/settings.php on line 576
