Installing Drupal

We have a hosted site that we need to take down and archive but before we turn it off on the hosting site we have these requirements and questions....thanks in advance if someone can give me some guidance.

The installation process went well but after a while of browsing, I get:

I have a question regarding the migration of my new site I'm building.

I am building my site locally with wampserver on a windows 7 operating system.
This new site will replace the existing one (www.drakenbloedboom.com) as soon as I am ready with it.

My host has created a new webspace for me on a different server, where I can upload my new site to and develop it further until its ready.

I got a problem when i installing drupal 8.2.4, i follow the step but it still error. Please see the message below:
Fatal error: Interface 'Drupal\Core\Entity\Schema\DynamicallyFieldableEntityStorageSchemaInterface' not found in D:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\core\lib\Drupal\Core\Entity\Sql\SqlContentEntityStorage.php on line 39

Hi,

I'm using the group module but when i allow a group's member to create content, he is not able to use the menu settings (creating alias, link to menu etc).

How can i add that ? Like when you are creating content as an admin.

Any idea ? Is that clear ?

I have a fresh installation of Drupal 7.53.

I installed a theme, per the developer's instructions, and then activated the theme and set it as default. Once I did that and tried to access the site I received the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function views_get_page_view() in /home/thehol20/public_html/culinaryandcraft.com/sites/all/themes/zmagazine/template.php on line 106

I am not sure where to begin diagnosing this error, and I know nothing about drush. I would appreciate any help with resolving this error. Thanks!
