Error on installing Services module, or navigating to api/doc after installing & configuring module (with Services already enabled):

Fatal error: Cannot use Drupal\Component\Utility\String as String because 'String' is a special class name in /var/www/build/html/modules/contrib/rest_api_doc/src/Controller/RestApiDocController.php on line 10

I only relate this to services module in particular because of my surprise at seeing the error on attempting to install Services.
