lingotek 7.x-7.14

This release of the Lingotek Translation module contains bug fixes, optmizations, and new features. An undefined variable error was fixed under the "Config" section of the "Manage" tab. Part of the "Manage" tab's main query was re-written to enable faster page loads. The marked feature now includes a toggle button per row, and the marked bulk action is now a batch process. Bugs were also fixed within the "Manage" tab. The full list of changes is below.
