Release notes

This release of the Lingotek Translation module contains new features and bug fixes. Workflows for language-specific profiles are correctly represented on TMS after a profile change. Translation support for file entity types has been added. Not-current target languages colors are now the same as not-current source languages. The full list of changes is below.
