If possible, DKIM signing could further ensure best mail practices.
In the attached example, because of lack of signing, gmail can not verify the sender is genuine.

nnewton CreditAttribution: nnewton commentedIt is a good idea, unfortunately it isn't currently possible. We use the shared OSL mail relays, which do not support DKIM. It has been on their timeline to somehow implement dkim for at least some clients on the shared relays, but it looks like that is fading into the distance now. So, the path forward here is for us to build our own relays, which is behind quite a few other tasks on the priority list.
I have wanted DKIM for awhile and this comes up every once awhile, but the answer is sadly the same as it has been...we don't have the ability to turn on DKIM without building our own relays as we very much rely on the OSL shared mail relays.
