Contribution dashboard for organizations and individuals.

Problem/Motivation

Dashboard to get a quick overview of our work in Drupal.org.
A dashboard for organizations would help to monitor there employee activity.

A way to view issues sorted by Fixed, RTBC, Active buckets.

Basically track our own 'organisation member contribution activity', have cool dashboards which tells how much are we improving day-by-day.

Currently, we use the Drupal.org API but it takes time and it's not sustainable for more than 100-500 issues. It might even cause a problem/cost for Drupal.org infra if we keep on making API calls every day.

Create a dashboard which provides stats for individuals and organization too.

Also we can have a query system which will provide custom charts and stats for better insights.

Another suggestion - it would be cool if we can have a green checkboard kind of thing from GitHub on Drupal.org too but in blue shades!
GitHub's really cool and I think we can replicate some features from it for our Drupal.org too, maybe in the upcoming D9 version of Drupal.org? :)
