This is related to #2307465: Update Whitelist License Taxonomy to Match Allowed Licenses and #2307487: Warn distributions using non-whitelisted licenses that entries will be removed. While we have narrowed down the list of tagged whitelist entries using licenses that aren't actually GPLv2 compatible to 4, there are several entries with no tag. This is most likely because the license the library used was never added to the taxonomy. These entries need to be reviewed.

Please add the license field to the view (https://www.drupal.org/packaging-whitelist ) to make it easier to keep the whitelist entries limited to GPLv2 compatible licenses.
