Brief summary

Dries introduced the initiative, summarized his Driesnote points from DrupalCon North America 2021. Then we collected a matrix of expertise, timezone and availability.

Then we went to collect and prioritise a list of concerns / features and questions that would be good to start with. Discussed the ones most people voted on.

Finally, a set of next steps were identified to further refine the target persona and then formulate the raised features/questions in terms of must/should/could have.
