I couldn't find an issue requesting a new release, so therefore I created a new issue for this purpose.

Standardizing-ish the title.

There are a whole bunch of RTBC issues and others with patches that work pretty reliably, how about we spend some time triaging the issue queue, getting more issues to RTBC and list this one as the "parent" issue?
