authcache 7.x-2.0-beta2

Please note. Some submodules in Authcache require Drupal 7.24 or newer. Please ensure that core is up-to date before installing/upgrading Authcache.

This is the second beta release of Authcache 2.0. Since 7.x-2.0-beta1 the following changes were introduced:
