authcache 7.x-2.0-alpha3

This is the second third release for the authcache module. Since 7.x-2.0-alpha2 the following changes were introduced:

• Add new role-restriction form element and use it on page-caching rules as well as on Authcache Form and Authcache Search admin pages. While in previous versions, roles had to be explicitely enabled, from now on authcache enabled roles can optionally be excluded from certain personalization operations. Please review your configuration carefully after upgrading.
• Rewrite of the example varnish configuration, also add automated tests for the VCL (based on varnishtest)
• Some tweaks to Authcache Menu, especially hide tabs and action link containers when they are empty using JavaScript
