Problem/Motivation

Enable any language thats RTL interface like arabic. Try to hover over any expandand menu item, the menu will start dancing.
Step to reproduce.

  1. Install the core module Interface Translation
  2. Add a new language admin/config/regional/language
  3. Edit the language and select as Direccion: Right to left

This problem is caused after enabling hover intent, and when I disabled by applying patch on Add a config to disable the hoverintent functionality, The menu worked as desired

Well I can confirm that this don't comes from #2908747: Add a config to disable the hoverintent functionality I test it the 1.20 and the problem is there. Can you test against the 1.20?

When I update to last dev module and disable hover intent its work, The problem as a follower for module is from hover intent with RTL.
