This is an incremental release for Acquia Web Governance version 1.3.

Task:

• #3544753: Rename to Acquia Web Governance - All user-facing references to "Acquia Optimize" have been updated to "Acquia Web Governance," while core code elements such as variable names, URL paths, and the module machine name remain unchanged.
• #3547361: API Key Masking - The API key is now masked on the Acquia Web Governance Settings page to enhance security.

Bug:

• #3540155: Styles issue on Acquia Optimize Extension - The SEO category section no longer disappears when performing page scan, when the page has no SEO-related issues.
