Drupal on W2k server, VB/ASP, ASP . NET

I am fairly new to Drupal. I've installed Drupal 6 on Bluehost and a local host 2 times each. I was going to build a Drupal site for a pal and he wants to use another friends server. Anyway that server is NOT equipped with Apache, php, or mySQL. That server owner says, 'We’ve got a server, but I’m afraid it’s a Win2k server, not Apache. We could set up a VB/ASP or a ASP .NET site for you, with a MS SQL db, but that’s the best we can do."

I've been googling and reading documentation and as I'm writing this the question seems dumber but there is 100% no way to successfully install Drupal on this set up is there?
