I realized this a couple of days ago. Anonymous cannot see my new contents. Even a block has been changed and anonymous cannot see it changes. this is happening recently.

anyone has any ideas on this?

it is cache problem. I have changed to 1 day cache recently... Now I changed it back.... It works.
