Adding November and December workshop completers.

thinking about how this could be promoted further: we could enable users to display this on their d.o profile i.e. using a badge and they could opt-in to be listed on a page of code of conduct contacts

I think that's a good idea. The fact that we would autogenerate the list of contacts means that it would automatically (hopefully) keep folks from checking the box if they haven't actually taken the workshop.
