Rule - Original Node Author Email

So..

Ive created a Rule(using Rules module) in an attempt to try and email the original author of a webform of any updates to any form he/she creates. So that later, when an Administrator reviews the form and makes changes or adds to it, that original person who submitted the form gets an email notification.

In the actual Rule, on the "TO" field I am using this token(or pattern) - [node:author:mail]

However, when I view a form as an Admin that someone else submitted, make changes and save. It sends me, the Administrator, an email notifying me of the change and not the Original Node Creator...

I am a bit confused.
