# Summary
Date iCal is your one-stop shop for iCal support in Drupal. It provides a plugin for Views to enable exporting your site's calendar as an iCal feed, and a plugin for Feeds to enable importing external iCal feeds into your site's calendar.
The current maintainer is not moving their site to Drupal 8, so is in search of a co-maintainer to do the port and eventually take over access.

coredumperror CreditAttribution: coredumperror commentedAs the head maintainer for Date iCal, i'm afraid that I won't be able to offer my time for porting Date iCal to Drupal 8. My code shop is not planning to upgrade our D7 sites to D8, so I won't be continuing to develop Date iCal outside of fixing bugs for the D7 version.
I'd be happy to take on a co-maintainer to create the Drupal 8 port, who I would then promote to head maintainer.

webchickMoving to postponed to indicate that this is blocked on finding a co-maintainer. Thanks so much for the clarity, coredumperror!

webchickActually, let's do this instead.

MartinMa CreditAttribution: MartinMa as a volunteer commentedFor exporting meanwhile there may be another module: add to cal

MegaChriz CreditAttribution: MegaChriz as a volunteer commentedFor importing iCal feeds in D8, there is now also the module Feeds iCal. I suggested the maintainer though to collaborate with the Date iCal maintainer (see #2931134: iCal Parser and Item).

dqdSummary (today): Date iCal and Feeds iCal on the table. Feeds iCal has a 8.x version but without D9 tagged.

solideogloria CreditAttribution: solideogloria commentedDoes Feeds iCal support exporting to iCal? It only mentions importing.
