[search_config] Search configuration

I am interested to work on this project as part of my GSoC.

I am taking up this issue.

Started working on this Project. Explored the features in the D7 version of this module. Learned about the variations in D7 AND D8 modules.

@joyceg, create a sandbox module for search_config and have your code in that.
And #3 will a good start in porting the module to D8.

you can create the issues here, As you have planned the tasks in your google doc. (i.e for each task, one issue would be better.)

The target is to get the beta release out before the GSOC submission.
@joyceg is working on it as part of his GSOC project.

Some of this module's functionality is provided by Search Exclude (Node) (not tested by me). There is a full release for D8 (and none for D7).
