Problem/Motivation
When a module cannot be enabled due to missing requirements, the checkbox is disabled but there is no clear indication why, and it's not obvious that the module information section needs to be expanded.
Proposed resolution
Possibly expand the module information automatically when there are missing requirements?

and clicking on the triangles in @Tim Bozeman 's firefux does not do anything, but clicking on the words does.
in chrome clicking on either the triangle or the words does toggle the collapse.
