Hi Everyone ,
I mention Some instruction how to update drupal module .
- Make a backup of your Drupal instance (code and database)
- Download the latest release module using Drupal.org
- Extract the [tar ball or zip] Drupal latest module
- Login to your site
- Set your Drupal site on maintenance mode (Administration > Configuration > Development > Maintenance mode )
- Copy all latest version module and extracted (replace new version module to old version module) on /sites/all/modules folder (Don’t delete or uninstall or Disable old version module). After it don’t hit the current site URL or don’t do any change in module.
- Do some configuration on update.php:
- Run update.php by navigating to http://www.drupalsitename/update.php
- After upgdate ensure that $update_free_access is FALSE in settings.php.
- Go to Administration > Reports > Status report. Verify that everything is working as expected.
- If no errors, Go to Administration > Configuration > Development > Maintenance mode. Disable maintenance mode.
- Check module Listing page (Current drupal version will change)
i) Open settings.php with a text editor.
ii) Find the line that says:
iii) $update_free_access = FALSE;
iv) Change it into:- $update_free_access = TRUE;
v) Once the upgrade is done, $update_free_access must be reverted to FALSE.
Thanks

If you are logged in editing
If you are logged in editing update.php should not be needed and changing that setting is potentially insecure. Before starting the upgrade I visit the module page logged in as admin and once the files are updated, use the update link on the modules page.
