Did you ever forget to enable aggregation for CSS and JavaScript files under Bandwidth optimization on the Performance page (/admin/config/development/performance), and only realised it later, when you by chance saw a few more CSS and JS-files in the source, than you expected?
A new method to catch this may become a reality, if #3621330: Include Bandwidth optimization (aggregation) on Status report page gets committed, so feel free to review the MR.
