I'm getting a blank page in FF and Error 500 in IE when going to mysite.com/admin/content
I've cleared the cache and emptied the cache table using phpMyAdmin.
I think this happened today after a module update. But this is a multi-site installation and the other sites seem to be working fine.
All other pages other than /admin/content also seem fine.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Check your log files
Check your Drupal log files (admin - reports - recent log messages if you have dblog on) and server error log files (varies by host where they are/how you find them).
You should see a message describing the error.
If you can find that and don't figure it out, re-post it here and we'll try to help you debug.
I'm unique, just like everybody else.
If I helped, please pay it forward, backward or sidelong.

Followed your advice and found the error log which led me to the temporary fix posted here:
