Hi,
I think I was able to achieve this effect in D6 maybe a year or two ago on a different site I was working on, but as new modules have appeared I was wondering on opinions of the best way to achieve the following...
I have a content type (A) that is going to contain embedded views of several other nodes of content type (B). When viewing a content type A node I want to show links saying something like "create a content type B node" which after being created will then appear on the "A" node. Obviously I'd need some sort of referencing module but I'm a bit confused as to which is best to serve my needs.
Upon submitting a content type B node I'd like to direct straight to the content type A node with the content embedded, but this might be a separate matter using rules(?).
If anyone could offer any advice on what my best route to take it I'd appreciate it.
Thanks for any help.

On the assumption content of type B has node reference field to content of type A you can use the Node Reference URL widget. Then you configure the node reference in content type B to use the node reference URL widget and one of it's settings is the "Return path " which can be set to "The referenced node".
Excellent, thanks nevets,
