Drupal 7 HTTPS WSOD

After I set $conf['https'] = FALSE in settings.php, my https redirect works for my site but I get the White Screen of Death (WSOD). I am trying to force HTTPS accross all my pages/nodes/content. Without setting $conf['https'] = FALSE my site never uses https.

I have been battling https/SSL issues with drupal ever since I upload my site to my dedicated server. All other non-drupal sites on my server use https no problem. Drupal is the only one giving me issues.
