Want to develop job portal which provide functionalities like search engine, apply for job, post job, manege profile.
users like employee, applicant, recruiter.
Which is best way to implement to job portal in drupal 7.
Any module or distribution can i use so that portal can be implemented asap.

You could start with a commercial ready-made "listing" type Drupal website and then perform customizations to suit your needs, such as the following, for example (just one of many ...):
