Support channels

Here is a brief overview of where you can go to get support for programming, theming, and building Drupal sites. See the Support page for additional information (including paid support options).

• The drupal.org web site has a Forums section, where you can post support questions.
• Drupal Answers on Stack Exchange is an outside site for support questions.
• Real-time support can be found on the text chat Slack and DrupalChat platforms.
• Support for some contributed projects can be found in their issue queues. However, note that not all project maintainers provide support in their issue queues, and project maintainers are volunteers, so please be respectful of their time. In particular, the Drupal Core project does not welcome support requests in its issue queue.
