I work at Burtronix, developing internet-based solutions for our clients. In the '90s I taught secondary, then tertiary computer science, then opened a hand full of unconventional underground nightclubs across Johannesburg and finally, in the 2000s focused more on developing Burtronix, started in '96 as an internet software firm. I believe in the fundamental rights to freedom and privacy of all individuals.

I started using Drupal in the version 4 days (many years ago), was instrumental in restarting the Cape Town Drupal user group and starting the Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and South African Government user groups and in starting the Drupal Association South Africa where I still focus much of my time in community development.
