#743218: New permissions system implemented. Now after installing Junk only users with "junk %type% content" perm can junk and restore their own nodes and only users with "clear junk" perm can delete nodes permanently
#747826: Call-time pass-by-reference error fixed

Fixed issue with garbage collector not deleting nodes on cron run.

#774824: body cannot be longer than 128 characters : Body widget type can now be selected on the settings page.
