Fixed up a critical issue #646386: Redirection not working on ec4-RC15 which interrupted webform submission

This update is critical if you use the recurring functionality, optional otherwise.

In the gateway settings, there is a new option for creating a new order per recurring charge or recording it to the original order. The default is the new value (update old order), so if you want to continue creating new orders then you will need to update the setting. Be sure to re-enter your API password if you make changes.
