Bug fixes

This is an official release that fixes the following two issues:
#773026: admin interface doens't show images
#776282: Problems in localized site with path prefixes [Includes fix]

Bug #566416: blog title is empty if not specified by Andrew Schulman, marcushenningsen: The default "[user]'s blog" title should be displayed when no title has been specified.

Bug #777446: The Electronic Voting Button (EVB) URL needs to be changed by remi: The button URL has been updated.

Current dev version. Includes support for LS Search module form LS Extras - see #361069: Only default language is indexed for search for background information.
