New features

Beta3 is an incremental update to Beta2 released in July to support the underlying COD distribution.

Changes since 7.x-2.0-Beta2:

• Be more specific with the email vertical tabs plugin title.
• Provide a generic eck template query function.
• Provide a generic entity form edit plugin
• Add better error handling for sponsors exhibits view alter

This is mainly a bugfix and minor features release for ctools 7.x based on work from https://www.drupal.org/node/2554339

One of the major improvements with this release is support for PHP7.

Update to websdk 2.5.3; adaptive css

This release of panels 3.6 brings in mostly bugfixes, and a few minor feature enhancements. It also includes two fixes that resolve the following SA:

* Panels - Critical - Multiple Vulnerabilities - SA-CONTRIB-2016-047

All sites are strongly recommended to update to 7.x-3.7 instead of this release.
