New features

First release of the new 7.x-3.x branch that includes the following changes:

* Improved user experience
* Option to remove duplicate entities from plans
* Option to use latest revision of an entity
* If available views and optionally VBO will be used for rendering plans
* More granular permissions
* Code cleanups and improvements
* The incomplete support oAuth has been removed

Deploy 7.x-3.x requires PHP 5.5 or later.

Remember to check the change records and to upgrade when coming from a previous release.
