Changes since 7.x-1.x

This is a complete rewrite of the same functionality using JavaScript and client-side cookies instead of session_cache. This makes it compatible with server-side caches (ie. varnish).

• Removes the dependency on session_cache.
• Adds a dependency on psr0 for autoloading.

JS now has some unit-tests using QUnit.

Optimized the theme folder.
Replaced images with placeholder images.
Fixed major issues.

Drupal 8 port of module. Development release.

Major improvements in functions.
Compatibility with Drupal page cache.
Domain mode working (but still in experimental phase).

This is primarily a bug fix release that makes the module more defensive and stable.
Some new features and enhancements were made but nothing ground breaking.
