At last, an initial D8 full release!

As anything initial, it ain't perfect.
Yet, it is fairly stable with less bug reports since RC3 -- two months ago.

Less bug reports, and more test coverage, may mark this module worth going production.
Any uncovered bug may follow later, but it should not stop this release for now.

A few notable fixes since RC1:

Initial release of the cacheflusher module. Adds a quick way to flush drupal's cache using a button on the admin toolbar. Provides a permission, to allow only users with selected user roles to use the functionality.
