Create an option group in the content type edit form

Problem/Motivation

Once you go to the content type edit form the Publishing Options are grouped example:

Default options

But for the module we just have a checkbox.

Proposed resolution

Add a group named Node Revision Delete like the Default options.

Implement the code.

User interface changes

A new option group named Node Revision Delete will be visible in the Default options vertical tab.

API changes

None.
