Add a destination to the edit link in the module configuration page

Problem/Motivation

If you go the edit a content type in the module configuration page (admin/config/content/node_revision_delete) once you made the changes and save the content type you stay in the content type page, but you need to return to the admin/config/content/node_revision_delete page, just like when you edit a content in the Content page (admin/content)

Proposed resolution

Add the destination param to the edit link (the link is under the last table column).
