Drupal core updates:

New Updates:

• Change provider password field from textfield to password and save the same password if user leave the field blank.
• Show note under the password field if there is already saved password.
• Enhance sms_mobilyws_send() with correct response as per smsframework requirements and implement all Mobily.ws message statuses..
• Fix request URL of sms_mobilyws_send() by adding http.

And some minors to enhance the back-end code :)
