Creating my first drupal site. Here are some details:

Locally hosted
Webmate responsive theme in use
Drupal 7
CKeditor IMCE

IMAGE ISSUE: Image toolbar allows you to select an image from root directory or computer, but when you select insert image a red box with a cross appears as the image and the image....basically doesnt insert. Image has no properties eg height, width, etc. Also does not work when using an image shortcut from the net.

Ive tried differnt settings, browsers, computers and with my lack of patience im seeking HELP!!!

Anyone have a guesstimate as to how long it'd take to convert this bootstrap theme over to a drupal template?

My name is Timothy McGlothlin and I represent the city of The Dalles, Oregon on our city web modernization project. Currently, our home page is hosted on a server located at city hall and our page was created using Drupal 6.0. We are interested in modernizing our web page using a theme overlay and adding smart phone capability to our page. We are exploring companies or individual that can offer expertise and guidance to make this project successful. Do you have the capability and expertise to help?

We are looking to establish an on-going relationship with an experienced Drupal developer or a team of Drupal developers.

All work can be performed remotely. Scheduling delivery of work can be flexible for the right candidate(s).

Immediate task is to successfully install Drupal 7 on an existing image to be provided by us (image currently running Drupal 5 with Nginx on FreeBSD). Immediate deliverable to include providing documentation of the steps to successfully repeat the Drupal 7 install on clone of the image provided. All work to be done remotely on existing image.
