Paid Drupal services

I run a Drupal site. I also send a weekly newsletter through Constant Contact to about 2,500 recipients (where I have to duplicate content that is already on my Drupal site).

I want to set up a system where I can pick certain nodes and have them be this week's newsletter that gets emailed to everyone, and through which people can subscribe and unsubscribe.

I see there's more than one way to do this.

I would like to hire someone to help me pick which method to use and then to help me set it up.

Hey all, well I guess the title says it all. I really need the leech module to grab taxonomy attached to posts that are leeched from various sites for a new site of mine.

I'm willing to pay 200$ to anyone who will port a up and running version of autotaxonomy from aggregator2 to the leech module!

I have a number of custom module requirements. I prefer to do this stuff on my own, but I've spent the last few weeks banging my head against the wall trying to manipulate existing modules into something I need to no avail. Quite frankly, I'm tired of doing it, so I need help.
