I need a slick, simple theme for a website I'm developing. I have a psd of what the theme should look like basically, just need some additional touches, then need it ported to a drupal theme.

Budget is $200-500, and we'll let you put a google ad on our front page for 60 days (the site should generate a lot of traffic, especially at first).

I have 4000 images that I need to seperate into different categories....I need the layout like the one on this website however I should be able to customize the layout.

When the image displays the user should be able to zoom in & Zoom out.

I want a module which will display taxonomy terms in form of tree structure which can be expanded without loading the page( Dhtml or ajax ). There can be 2-6 sub-tiers of terms. The last tier or taxonomy terms should be displayed on Mouse hover .

I want a professional jobs module to be developed for Drupal 5 / Mysql 5, which has the following features.

I need a module that will make selecting taxonomy terms like a file tree system. It should have a feature to create a new sub taxonomy term if one doesn't exist. After development i would like it to be posted to the modules section for the drupal community to benefit from and build upon. Besides developing the module the developer would need to maintain it at their own expense, so only people that feel this module is worth doing bid.
