Paid Drupal services

Hi there ... I need some spot help for a Drupal community site. The installation and style sheets are done but I have two things that I either can't figure out myself or the other people working on this pro bono don't have time to get to yet.

*Sub-category pages. A list of authors and a routine to sort them by popularity and have them show up when the category icon is clicked from the front page. The sub-cats work fine now, it's just the author sorting and indexing that needs work.

I have a site to develop and am currently looking for a Drupal Expert to customize templates and expand on existing modules/functionality. The Paragliding World Cup association (non profit) is seeking for a Drupal coder.

We need some module or PHP coding to deal with pilot registering to take part to our competitions, then result publishing.

We currently use a homemade Access database for this.
