We are a relatively small Drupal shop and are looking to expand and work with a Freelancer and/or company which can produce responsive CSS / HTML5 mockups, or even better Drupal themes (using Omega, Zen base, etc) from discussions direct with our clients.

The work would need to be white-label and we'd want to setup you up with a company email address here - I hope that isn't a problem.

A good design is obviously about UX too so we would be looking for someone to take the lead with this on occasion.

I'm the end user of a small website (see www.billherring.info).  I'm in need of a cost-effective backend manager to handle occasional code writing and other troubleshooting issues as they arise, such as technical questions I may have from time to time. I no longer have such a "guru" and would like to find a personable, down-to-earth person to be there when I need him/her. I don't anticipate needing much help but need someone in my corner when I do.
